The letting Go

When we think of our lives, we sometimes forget the bigger picture. We get so consumed, so overwhelmed with the daily pressures, we end up forgetting why we get to experience our life. As we grow older, the things that have happened to us start to make sense, but they don't exactly provide answers or make things easier for us. Putting things away, avoiding problems, worrying about the future, comparing yourself to others, insecurities, attachment, fear, doubt, judgement, isn't all of this just, depriving us of ourselves. In all of these things, we lose ourselves, bit by bit. We are telling the world that we are not good enough, right enough and that we don't make sense. Maybe through a little bit of kindness, a little human empathy, we would realise that every human in this world does not make sense, and everyone is flawed, and everyone is fighting the same battles. It is unspoken, we can't expect everyone to be vulnerable and tell us the truth. But it is there, and there is a purpose to us that exceeds beyond our social standing and fame and money. As long we aren't continuing to hurt other human beings, I believe we are not doing life wrong, that there is no right or the correct way to experience life. Eventually, I believe that the noise dials down, and we will all eventually find who we are, if we can let go of who we are not.
